About Me.

The various community mental health roles in which I have practiced extend into various settings, including: residential facilities, juvenile justice facilities, adult corrections, and outpatient management. My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community.

My goal as a therapist is to guide individuals to be an agent of change in their own lives and to help individuals build applicable skills to overcome obstacles that may interfere with daily functioning. I strive to help individuals overcome these obstacles through various modalities. My approach to therapy ranges from providing a stable environment for emotional safety to a place of soft confrontation.
