About Adrienne.

Welcome. My name is Adrienne Lopez Tiley (She/Her) and I am a holistic, trauma Informed clinician who works with individuals who present both emotional and physical symptoms from experiences past and present.

My approach begins with talk therapy to build rapport, learn your strengths and seek to understand your concerns, needs and goals. I will offer a combination of validation, education, coping skills, EMDR therapy and Mindfulness techniques to assist in creating an atmosphere of safety and trust. We will work to calm a stressed nervous system, decrease symptoms and strive for long term emotional growth and healing.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, family conflict, grief and loss and symptoms specific to trauma and victimization such as shame, guilt, anger, panic, flashbacks, and emotional/physical pain. I can also provide support for managing chronic stress and life transitions.

As your therapist you can expect me to be welcoming, attentive, compassionate and empowering. It is natural for all of us to need support at times in our lives and I deeply respect those who seek it out.
