*We do not participate with Medical Assistance or CHIP Health Plans. If you have MA as a secondary insurance, you must seek treatment with a company that accepts BOTH your primary AND secondary insurances. Please visit our resource page to view companies that accept MA.
If we are not on your insurance panel, you may check with your provider to identify their policies for "out of network" providers. We will provide you with a receipt via email, which can be used for financial reimbursement through your insurance company. Services provided by one of our licensed therapists are reimbursable by most insurance companies.
Reduced Fee: Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment: Payments are due at the time of your session. Cash, HSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted. Check are accepted on a limited basis. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
